CRM & workflow implementation

Make the
handoff clear.

A job changes stage. The next person should know what is ready, what is missing and what they own.

Scope the stages, required information, ownership and reporting inside the tools your team uses.

Examples of the work

A handoff you can point to.

See how a job moves from a signed sale through production to final closeout, with a responsible role at every handoff. We define the stages, owners and handoff rules, with configuration and implementation responsibilities agreed for your CRM.

What the engagement delivers

A process the team
can follow.

Useful when stages mean different things to different people, follow-up depends on memory, or the owner has to chase every handoff.

WORKFLOW

Agree the rules.

Define the selected stages, entry and exit requirements, responsible owners and the information needed at each handoff.

CONFIGURATION

Build the agreed flow.

Configure the selected pipeline, fields and reporting. Automations or integrations are included only when explicitly agreed and technically supported.

HANDOFF

Make it usable.

Document the workflow, walk the team through it and test the agreed acceptance criteria. The proposal defines training and post-handoff support.

Relevant documented work

Workflow visibility.
Operating follow-through.

A residential exteriors engagement rebuilt the pipeline and stage accountability. The company portfolio reports a 135-job backlog retired and four weekly leadership hours recovered.

Historical engagement results; scope varied. These figures are not a promise for your project or an outcome attributed to the $490 audit.

What your proposal covers

Agree the workflow, configuration and handoff.

Your proposal identifies the process being changed, the CRM configuration included, the responsible people, the deliverables, the fee and the timeline. It also explains how you will test and accept the changes.

We agree.

  • The current tools and their suitability
  • The selected workflow and data requirements
  • Who approves stages, rules and changes
  • How the team will test and receive the handoff

We scope separately.

  • Data cleanup and migration
  • Additional workflows or business units
  • Custom integrations and software subscriptions
  • Continuing administration or support
Practical questions

Start where
you are.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

We assess its capabilities against the agreed workflow before committing. A replacement, custom integration or specific platform capability is not assumed.

What should I send first?

The CRM name, the workflow you want to improve and one recurring handoff problem. A short description is enough for the initial inquiry; leave passwords and customer records out.

Do I need the $490 audit first?

It is a useful starting point when the breakdown or priorities are unclear. If the work is already well defined, we can discuss an implementation scope directly.
