Margin Max / A focused starting point

Know where
the workflow breaks.

We review one CRM or operating process to find missing information, unclear responsibilities and broken handoffs. You receive a findings brief, a current/proposed workflow map and a practical sequence of improvements.

$490 fixed fee · one legal entity · one workflow · five dedicated project hours

01 / The scope

Small enough to start.
Specific enough to act.

We review one process within one legal entity—for example, a signed sale moving through production to final payment. The $490 fee includes five dedicated project hours across review, mapping, findings, the walkthrough and one scope-limited revision.

INPUTS

Bring what you have.

Up to 15 workflow stages, 20 screenshots and five source documents totaling no more than 20 pages. Redact customer and sensitive information.

REVIEW

Find the friction.

Review stages, responsibilities, required information and handoffs. Identify gaps and prioritize what deserves attention first.

BOUNDARY

Review and recommendations—not implementation.

The audit does not include configuration, data cleanup, migrations, integrations or team training. Broader discovery and implementation are separately scoped.

02 / What useful findings look like

From a symptom
to a next move.

This fictional example shows the level of specificity the review aims to provide. Your findings depend on your actual process and supplied materials.

Illustrative example · not client work
Observed gap
Approved jobs enter production without a named handoff owner.
Why it matters
The next team cannot tell who should confirm that the job is ready.
Recommended next step
Assign an owner and define a ready-for-production checklist before the stage changes.
Priority
Confirm the handoff rule before adding new automation.
03 / The engagement

A clear path
from brief to findings.

Five business days is the delivery window. It is a fixed-scope review, not five days of consulting.

01 / AGREE

Confirm the fit.

Send a short brief. We confirm the workflow, available inputs, scope and fee before accepting the engagement.

02 / REVIEW

Review the process and document the fixes.

Once complete inputs are accepted, the delivery window begins. Findings connect each gap to an owner or next step.

03 / DECIDE

Walk through the plan.

Review the findings together for 30 minutes. Use them internally or request a separate implementation proposal.

Before you commit

The practical questions.

Is my process a fit for the $490 scope?

A single, documented workflow within one legal entity is the best fit. The fixed fee includes five dedicated project hours. Additional entities, workflows, hours or extensive discovery require a separate quote agreed before work proceeds.

Can I request the audit without a call or diagnostic?

Yes. Send a short brief directly. We confirm fit, complete input requirements, scope and fee before accepting the engagement. A conversation is optional; the diagnostic is not required.

Do you need access to our CRM?

The standard review starts with supplied screenshots and documents. Any additional access is agreed during scoping; do not send passwords through the inquiry form.

What does the revision cover?

One clarification or correction to the findings within the agreed workflow. New workflows, additional discovery and implementation are outside that revision.

Do we have to replace our software?

No replacement is assumed. The review considers the current process and tools before recommending a next step.
